Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of randomix.app (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using it.

What Randomix is

Randomix is a free collection of browser-based randomization tools — spinning wheels, coin flips, number and letter generators, team splitters, and similar. There is no account, no subscription, and no paid tier. Everything runs in your browser.

Using the Site

You may use Randomix for personal, educational, or commercial purposes. You may not:

• use the Site for gambling, betting, lotteries, or any activity where money or value turns on the result;
• use it in any setting where an incorrect or unavailable result could cause injury, financial loss, or legal consequence;
• attempt to disrupt the Site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or overload it with automated requests;
• scrape, republish, or redistribute the Site's code, design, or content as your own;
• use it for anything unlawful under Indian law or the law where you are.

Randomness disclaimer

Randomix uses the cryptographically secure random number generator built into your browser (crypto.getRandomValues), which is strong for everyday and recreational use. It is not certified for gambling, statistical research, security key generation, or any regulated purpose, and we make no warranty about the statistical properties of results. Treat outcomes as a fair coin toss, not as auditable evidence.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any given moment. Features may change or be withdrawn without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Randomix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site — nor for any decision you make on the basis of a result it produces. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees).

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and equivalent consumer protection law where you live.

Your content

Whatever you type into a tool — names, options, lists — stays in your browser. We never receive it, so we claim no rights over it and store nothing. If you share a link containing your setup, that data lives in the URL you chose to share.

Intellectual property

The Randomix name, logo, design, and site content belong to the operator. The tools themselves are free to use; the branding and presentation are not free to copy.

Advertising

The Site may carry third-party advertising to fund it. Where it does, we do not control and do not endorse the content of any ad, nor the sites they lead to. What advertising cookies do is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links

Randomix links to external sites for reference. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms; the "last updated" date will change when we do. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

This is without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. If you use the Site as a consumer, you keep any right you have under local law to bring proceedings in your own courts and to rely on the protections of your local law.
